After my 4th of July celebrations, myself and a friend were going to Culver City to a little kickback another friend of mine told me about. we passed the place once, had to turn around. nothing weird. passed it the other way and turned back around. we passed once more like the first time, so I slowed down, trying to find parking. I looked over and saw a car on fire. I was searching for my camera when my friend told me there was a man on fire, too.

here’s the footage.

towards the end of the video you can see the article the police wrote up, trying to say they tried to saw the man out of the car. this is untrue and I am releasing this video to the public and trying to get it out so that everyone will know the truth. I believe that they are trying to say this is a homeless black man so no one will investigate it too much.
